This month’s #Voomie is Diane Babla!
Custom Service is her game.
Diane joined The Voom Group 10 years ago this month and since then, she has been a customer service representative extraordinaire! Having a background in the print industry, she fit right in with the accelerated growth the company was undergoing. Diane’s attention to not only details of the job but to the customer’s requests is what makes her such a valuable #Voomie. In a way, she can read the mind of a customer and present a unique perspective that results in problems getting solved.
Diane started her print industry career in California as a route driver for a thermography company at the age of 18. She quickly worked her way up to customer service and onto customer service manager and finally onto operations manager. After some time here, she decided to start a family with her husband Bob (who just so happens to be our production manager). Diane took a leave from work for a few years to raise her kiddos. She then moved to Texas in 2006 and got back into the industry in 2007 here at The Voom Group.
Since that move, Diane continues to create excellent customer relations and builds on existing ones. With our added capabilities in-house, she stays busy learning new applications and can give an even wider variety of ideas to each of our clients.
